This role is key to ensuring the smooth coordination of cross-border and domestic deliveries. We're seeking a candidate who is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing transportation logistics. Key Responsibilities Maintain constant communication with drivers via phone and internal chat Monitor and respond to operational emails in real-time Manage dispatch operations, including real-time assignment changes and system updates Coordinate and support cross-border shipments with a working understanding of ACE and ACI processes Create and manage cross-border documentation
