To assist in the leadership of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and department processes through partnership with the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service and while ensuring task completion. What you'll do... Job Responsibility #1 Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate. Job Responsibility #2 Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
