Position Overview: Squarepoint is seeking a hands-on Trading Infrastructure Support (TIS) Tech Lead to manage a global TIS team. The candidate will lead a team of support specialist, ensuring high availability of Squarepoint’s mission-critical infrastructure, systems, and platform application services across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions. Manage a 24x5 global support schedule and weekend on-call rotation. Define policies, processes, roadmaps, and best practices to meet SLAs and scale with business needs.
