Reporting to the VP of Operations, we are looking for someone to take charge of our contract templates as well as the review, negotiation, and administration of our client and supplier contracts. This person will work closely with leadership, sales, and various teams to balance Spiria's business objectives with our risk tolerance. They will also oversee governance of our key compliance programs, notably SOC 2, in collaboration with control owners and external experts.
