Job Description Overview The Capture Manager drives early and sustained engagement across the pursuit lifecycle, from positioning and opportunity shaping through proposal delivery. This role builds and leads multidisciplinary bid teams to define win strategies, develop client-focused messaging, and strengthen competitive positioning for major infrastructure and advisory opportunities across Canada. It is not a proposal production role nor has commercial expectations; it provides strategic pursuit leadership to connects market insight, client needs, technical expertise, and clear storytelling.
