THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the Director of Property Management, the Property Manager is accountable for the day-to-day operational performance and tenant experience of WestWalk Pointe-Claire, a mixed-use residential and commercial property. The Property Manager leads the small on-site operations team and coordinates maintenance, security, janitorial services and external contractors. The role requires a proactive, hands-on manager with strong preventative maintenance discipline, a hospitality-driven approach to customer service and a clear bias for action. Based at WestWalk Pointe-Claire, the position requires frequent site presence to ensure operational excellence, rapid issue resolution and strong tenant satisfaction.
