Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, and validate assembly and test instructions using eCATES . Define and validate the tooling and test equipment required to assemble and test modules and engines according to P&WC quality and engineering standards. Maintain Engine Center General Instructions (ECGI) , which provide assemblers with guidance on standard work procedures. Support CVIS programming and programming of the data plate machine (ROFFIN) . Support the implementation and programming of TMS (Torque Measuring System) . Participate in PFMEA/PFMEAS activities and RPN (Risk Priority Number) determination.
