What will your day-to-day look like? Act as a technical expert (Subject Matter Expert SME) for the Torque Management System (TMS) across all assembly sites. Manage the inventory of TMS controllers and tools. Ensure systems are updated to the latest version and track the number of licenses. Ensure the implementation of best practices, documentation, and the creation of "Cookbooks" (guides) for TMS systems. Collaborate with TMS governance and support the long-term vision. Manage multiple initiatives for continuous improvement of integration systems such as TMS, induction heating, and others. Serve as the point of contact for TMS Andon systems. Monitor performance indicators (quality, productivity, efficiency, etc.) and apply appropriate measures and solutions. Participate in and conduct TMS
