Communication Skill: (Must have): Ability to analyse business case. Manage stakeholder communication, Project sponsor and business relationship management, User training, User experience management. Responsibilities: · Act as Interface between business partners, data source owners and application developers to define requirements and use cases · Work with the development team & technical architects to fully identify all aspects of Web, Mobile & Data functional requirements · Work closely and interactively with the Process Owners and Business and Technical Stakeholders to act as a primary point of contact for identifying and documenting requirements for new business or technical opportunities or enhancements · Provide technical support to business users – troubleshooting and providing fixes
