Lead a team of Integration Specialists responsible for the design of Bombardier's product portfolio. Work collaboratively with internal platform teams, external suppliers, and platform leaders to align priorities and technical decisions. Manage the Engineering Statement of Work (SOW). Manage the engineering budget and departmental spending. Participate in management meetings and organize departmental governance. Communicate effectively and support management decisions and organizational messaging. Ensure appropriate management systems are in place to organize tasks, priorities, risks, and mitigation plans.
