ROLE SUMMARY Lead the vision and execution of AI-powered analytics and data science capabilities for US Medical Affairs. Own the entire data portfolio and pioneer next-generation analytics in patient journey mapping, advanced segmentation, and stakeholder evaluation. Scout and integrate external innovations; build proprietary AI/ML solutions in-house. Establish foundational data architecture, governance, and AI/automation frameworks that scale.
