ROLE SUMMARY The Director, Medical Insights Platform Lead o wns the technical architecture and build execution for the Insights platform ( InsightXplorer ) on behalf of the full Medical Insights team globally. Accountable for how the platform is built and evolves technically — architecture decisions, build sequencing, and translating regional and business needs into a working, scalable product. Also drives innovation and experimentation for the platform, evaluating new data sources, methods, and AI approaches and determining which are worth building into the roadmap. This role suits a builder who wants to shape the platform's technical direction end-to-end, working at the intersection of engineering, product development, and global stakeholder demand.
