JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE The Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing and improving the performance of the talc grinding and flotation circuits to ensure efficient, safe, and consistent production. The role involves monitoring plant performance, troubleshooting process issues, implementing improvements, and supporting the operations and maintenance teams in achieving production and quality targets. JOB SCOPE/DIMENSIONS Interact with Mill Managers, supervisors, other Production Team members, maintenance, and the Technical Department, to investigate and implement ways to improve operations. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a practical understanding of mineral processing principles, plant operations, and continuous improvement methodologies.
