As a Bilingual, Sponsor Support Specialist , you’ll help drive our business results by serving as a trusted reporting expert for plan sponsors, intermediaries, consulting actuaries, client auditors, and internal partners. You’ll provide guidance on Annual Information Return (AIR), Financial Statement (FS), and other regulatory and client reporting requirements for registered pension plans (DC, DB, IPP, etc.) and other group savings programs—from straightforward to highly complex. You’ll deliver exceptional client experience by consistently meeting quality and service standards, supporting key results for the line of business.
