Reporting to the Director of Information Technology (IT), the incumbent is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and optimizing activities related to the delivery of technology initiatives and projects. They ensure the implementation of effective, consistent delivery practices tailored to the organization's needs, while providing guidance to project managers, product managers, and IT business analysts under their supervision.
