Location: Montreal (Hybrid – 3 days in-office) GardaWorld is seeking a hands-on Advisor, Internal Communications to support employee communications across our industry operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Communications, this individual contributor will contribute to the development and execution of internal communication plans that engage frontline and corporate employees, strengthen organizational culture, support operational priorities, and enhance employee understanding of company goals and initiatives. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and can translate complex business information into clear, compelling communications for diverse employee audiences across multiple locations and functions.
