Duties & Responsibilities Design and maintain ITSM policies, standards and processes. Ensure alignment with business objectives and IT strategy. Act as subject matter expert for the practice. Monitor performance through KPIs and SLAs. Ensure accountability across IT teams. Monitor compliance and data quality.
