About The Role The Facilities Maintenance Technician Level II is responsible for the general maintenance of all Altasciences sites. They take on special projects (e.g. basic renovations), coordinate with the external suppliers, coordinates and performs routine maintenance on the HVAC systems and is available on-call on a rotating schedule What You'll Do Here Coordinates and performs preventative maintenance on HVAC’s and other critical systems. Involved in planning and executing special projects assigned by the Facilities Manager. Assist with site visits and arranging service calls as needed. Manages the Emergency help line (24/7) on a rotating basis. Depending on location, weekly or monthly testing of the generators, which includes filing forms.
